Platform Policies

1. Introduction

These policies form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Leaders Path LLP (“Leaders Path”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform or enrolling in any Program, you agree to comply with the policies set out below.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

1.1 Purpose

Leaders Path is committed to providing inclusive, high-quality, and safe access to education in Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, and related fields. We respect freedom of expression, academic inquiry, and intellectual diversity, while ensuring a respectful and secure learning environment for all users.

We reserve the right to monitor activity, remove content, and suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy or applicable laws.

1.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use the Platform to create, upload, post, or share content that:

1. Is unlawful or promotes illegal activity, including content that would be inappropriate for younger learners.

2. Incites violence or credible harm, including threats to individuals, groups, property, or public safety.

3. Harasses, abuses, or intimidates others, including discriminatory, hateful, or degrading content.

4. Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, including:

• Sharing content without authorization
• Misrepresenting ownership
• Submitting AI-generated content as original work without disclosure

5. Constitutes spam or solicitation, including irrelevant promotions, advertisements, or repetitive messaging.

6. Violates Leaders Path Terms, Program rules, or applicable policies.

Certain Programs may impose additional conduct or content requirements, which you must also follow.

1.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation
• Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Attempt to access another user’s account
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission
• Access or interfere with non-public areas of our systems
• Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Disrupt platform operations or user experience
• Impersonate any individual or entity
• Assist or encourage others to engage in prohibited conduct

1.4 Automated Access and AI Training Restrictions

Without prior written consent from Leaders Path, you may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract content, data, or text using automated or manual means
• Use Platform content for text or data mining
• Train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models using Platform content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes

2. Copyright and Trademark Policy

Leaders Path respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

2.1 Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated.

2.2 Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:

• Your name and contact details
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification and location of the infringing material
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
• A declaration of accuracy and authority

False or misleading claims may result in legal consequences.

2.3 Trademarks

Unauthorized use of trademarks that misleads users or creates confusion may result in content removal or account suspension.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of offering and payment model.

3.1 One-Time Purchases

Courses and Programs

• Full refund available for 15 week courses (Integrated Learning Path Courses) if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the course start date.
• No refund for 2 weeks (Targeted Learning Path Courses ) & 6 weeks (Applied Learning Path Courses) courses once purchased.

3.2 Subscription-Based Plans

• Subscription plans automatically cancelled after the course duration is over.
• Refunds are generally not provided once billing has commenced, except where required by law or explicitly stated.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Institutional, or Partner Programs

Refunds for institution-led or co-branded programs are governed by the respective partner’s policies and may differ from Leaders Path policies.

3.4 Promotional Offers

Discounts or special offers are subject to eligibility criteria and may be revoked if misused.

4. Honor Code

4.1 Academic Integrity

Leaders Path is committed to maintaining the credibility and integrity of its learning experiences. All learners are expected to complete assessments honestly and independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted.

4.2 Academic Misconduct

Academic misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism and undisclosed AI-assisted writing
• Use of unauthorized materials, tools, or generative AI where prohibited
• Unauthorized collaboration
• Contract cheating or outsourcing work
• Contract cheating or outsourcing work
• Unauthorized sharing of assessment content or solutions
• Fraud or falsification of information
• Any activity that creates an unfair academic advantage

4.3 Consequences

Depending on severity and prior conduct, consequences may include:

• Warning or academic penalty
• Invalidation of assessments or certificates
• Suspension or termination of access
• No refunds in cases of misconduct

For institution-led programs, disciplinary action is determined by the content provider.

5. Enforcement and Amendments

Leaders Path may investigate violations and take appropriate action at its sole discretion. Policies may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised policies.
