Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “learner”) and Leaders Path LLP (“Leaders Path”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of our digital learning ecosystem, including our website, mobile applications, learning management systems, communication channels, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Leaders Path is an online education and professional learning platform offering instructor-led and self-paced programs, certifications, workshops, and learning services in areas including Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability and related domains (“Programs”).

By accessing or using the Platform or enrolling in any Program or Module or Bundle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Scope and Applicability

These Terms apply to:

• All users of the Leaders Path Platform
• All Programs, paid or free
• All communication channels operated or administered by Leaders Path, including email, messaging groups, discussion forums, webinars, and social media communities created for Program delivery

Certain Programs or Modules or Bundles may be governed by program/module/bundle-specific terms related to fees, refunds, deferrals, certifications, or institutional partnerships. In the event of a conflict, program/module/bundle-specific terms shall prevail.

Corporate or institutional learners may be subject to separate written agreements, which shall override these Terms to the extent of inconsistency.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You may use the Platform only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
• You provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not:

You do not acquire ownership of:

• Any course materials
• Videos, readings, assessments, datasets, or tools
• Platform software, algorithms, or design

Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or public display of Platform content without written permission of Leaders Path LLP is strictly prohibited.

5. Program Content and Delivery

Leaders Path reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any Program or content
• Change instructors, learning formats, assessment structures, or schedules

Programs are designed for learning and professional development purposes only. Unless explicitly stated, completion of a Program:

• Does not confer academic credit
• Does not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, or licensure

6. No Academic or Professional Guarantee

Leaders Path does not represent or warrant that:

• Any Program will meet accreditation requirements
• Any certificate will be recognized by employers or institutions
• Completion will result in specific career, financial, or professional outcomes

Users are responsible for evaluating whether a Program aligns with their professional or academic objectives.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit, including assignments, projects, discussion posts, and feedback (“User Content”).

7.2 License to Leaders Path

By submitting User Content, you grant Leaders Path a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute such content for educational, research, quality improvement, and platform operations.

7.3 Moderation

Leaders Path may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community guidelines.

8. Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided to Leaders Path may be used without restriction or compensation. Submission of feedback does not create any ownership or confidentiality obligation.

9. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Programs/Modules/Bundle require payment. By enrolling in a paid Program/Module/Bundle, you agree to:

• Pay applicable fees and taxes
• Comply with published refund, cancellation, and deferral policies

Fees may vary by Program, geography, or delivery format. Leaders Path reserves the right to revise pricing prospectively.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party tools, software, or services. Leaders Path is not responsible for:

• Availability or performance of third-party services
• Content hosted or delivered by third parties

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Features

Some Courses or Platform features may use Artificial Intelligence tools. AI outputs are provided for learning support only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for:

• Verifying outputs before reliance
• Complying with ethical, academic, and professional standards

Leaders Path disclaims responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

12. Security

While Leaders Path implements reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for notifying us promptly of unauthorized account use or security breaches.

13. Disclaimers

The Platform and Programs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaders Path disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leaders Path shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Program.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leaders Path from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your User Content

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws. Class or representative actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

17. Termination

Leaders Path may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall cease.

18. Amendments

Leaders Path may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
